Randstad Education is seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistant to support diverse school communities across Crawley. This position provides the freedom to choose between full-time or part-time hours during the academic year.
Job Responsibility:
Partnering with teachers to deliver lessons and coordinate classroom activities
Providing bespoke academic assistance to individual pupils or small groups
Applying proactive behavioural management to ensure the classroom remains orderly and productive
Supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) to help them engage fully with the curriculum
Promoting an inclusive, friendly, and nurturing atmosphere for all pupils
Participating in staff meetings, school events, and collaborative planning
Requirements:
Prior experience working within a primary school or childcare setting
A deep-seated commitment to safeguarding and student well-being
Relevant educational or childcare qualifications are advantageous, though not essential
