Your day-to-day will involve: Classroom Support: Delivering creative lessons alongside the Lead Teacher. Targeted Intervention: Leading small group sessions or providing 1:1 support for pupils who need an extra boost. SEN Support: Assisting children with Special Educational Needs to ensure they remain engaged and supported.
