Primary Teaching Assistant

• Collaborative Teaching: Partner with class teachers to deliver vibrant and effective lessons
• Targeted Support: Provide 1:1 or small group interventions for pupils requiring additional guidance
• SEN Provision: Support children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), ensuring tailored care and inclusion
• Classroom Dynamics: Maintain a positive learning atmosphere through proactive behaviour management
• Resource Management: Organise and prepare essential teaching materials and classroom displays
• School Community: Support school events, activities, and parent-teacher meetings

• Previous experience working with children (ideally in a primary school setting)
• A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach to supporting young learners
• Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
• A positive "can-do" attitude and the flexibility to meet classroom needs
• Relevant childcare or education qualifications are a plus but not essential
• A rock-solid commitment to child welfare
• An Enhanced DBS check is mandatory for this role
