Job Description:

Randstad Education is currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant for the schools in Plymouth. Candidates who are ready to work Part time, Full time or on Supply basis with experience in child care are also welcome. As a Teaching Assistant, you will have the privilege to cultivate a supportive and enriching learning environment, enabling all students to flourish academically, socially, and emotionally.

Job Responsibility:

Providing timely and relevant assistance in the classroom
Creating an engaging and positive environment
Look after children's physical, social and emotional welfare
Adapt teaching support according to student's needs
Watch, record and report the progress that students make
Safeguarding the children, engaging them in activities

Requirements:

Eligibility to work in the UK
Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
Relevant experience in UK schools
Ability to provide 2 professional references
Should have strong communication and empathetic skills
Managing behaviour and supporting the class teacher
