Job Description:

Primary Teaching Assistant providing SEN & EYFS Support both group/1:1 in a diverse primary school in Brent, London. Supporting pupils within Early Years Foundation Stage, KS1, KS2 as well as pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN & behavioural requirements
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
Use creativity and compassion to excite and educate pupils
Assist with management of the class
Carry out interventions and deliver programmes tailored to children's needs
Provide general support to pupils with their education
Provide targeted 1:1 support to pupils with SEN including ASD, ADHD, Global Delay and Down Syndrome

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children
Passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and confident to use innovation to create fun activities
Genuine passion for education
