Job Description:

EdEx is looking for a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to join a diverse primary school in Brent as a Primary Teaching Assistant. The role involves providing general and targeted 1:1 support to pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2, including those with SEN such as ASD, ADHD, Global Delay, and Down Syndrome. The position is full time, starting in September 2025, term time only, with a focus on creating an inspirational learning environment.

Job Responsibility:

Provide support for pupils across EYFS, KS1 & KS2 with SEN & behavioural requirements
Work with groups of children to carry out valuable interventions
Use your creativity and compassion to excite and educate the pupils
Collaborate with a strong inclusion team to support pupils

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children
A passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for children to flourish within
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Creative and confident to use your innovation to create fun and exciting activities
A genuine passion for education
