Job Description:

A fantastic Primary School in Wandsworth is seeking Aspiring Primary Teachers to work as Primary Teaching Assistants, offering a long-term career path with training opportunities and potential progression to Schools Direct. The role involves supporting pupils in raising attainment and providing 1:1 or group interventions.

Job Responsibility:

Working across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 with a focus on raising attainment
Supporting students with various additional needs including Autism, ADHD, Speech and Language needs and more
Enrolling onto the Aspiring Primary Teacher Program (Schools Direct)

Requirements:

Must have a degree from a reputable University
Good A Levels & GCSEs across the board
Must be confident and ambitious to make positive impacts on pupils
You must be able to engage and motivate the students
Commitment and ambition to succeed is key throughout
