Primary Teaching Assistant

• Support pupils in their learning across the primary curriculum
• Assist class teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Provide one-to-one and small group support where required
• Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
• Support children with additional learning needs where appropriate
• Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment

• Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or youth setting (preferred but not essential)
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A genuine passion for supporting children's education and wellbeing
• An enhanced DBS certificate on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
