Job Description:

Randstad Education is searching for talented Primary Teaching Assistants to join our team at a vibrant school in warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity to become a valued member of our team of talented Teaching Assistants and contribute to a supportive and dynamic learning environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' educational journey.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing individual and group support to students
  • Assisting in the creation and delivery of personalized learning plans
  • Collaborating with the classroom teacher on lesson planning and behaviour management
  • Offering support with personal care and mobility (where necessary)
  • Building strong relationships with students, staff, and parents

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
  • Minimum 6 months UK school experience
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Experience working with SEN children
