Job Description:

Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive difference in their education? Randstad Education is partnering with primary schools in and around Mildenhall that are committed to providing inclusive, supportive learning environments. We're looking for a dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join their vibrant teams and help nurture the potential of every student.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the teacher in delivering lessons and managing the classroom environment
  • Provide one-to-one support to students with specific learning needs, helping them achieve their best
  • Support small group activities, ensuring students are engaged and actively participating
  • Aid in the social and emotional development of students, fostering a positive atmosphere
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports all students

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply)
  • Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification (ideal, but not essential)
  • Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage One (KS1) & Key Stage Two (KS2) curriculum
  • An engaging, interactive teaching style that helps students thrive
  • Eligibility to work in the UK (sponsorship is not an option)
