Job Responsibility

  • Instructional Support: Assisting the Lead Teacher in the delivery of engaging, creative lessons
  • Small Group & 1:1 Intervention: Providing focused attention to pupils who require extra help to meet their learning goals
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN): Supporting students with diverse learning requirements to ensure they are fully integrated and supported
  • Classroom Coordination: Preparing learning resources and ensuring the classroom remains organized and welcoming

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A background in working with children (primary school experience is a major plus)
  • Positive Traits: A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach to student support
  • Strong Communication: The ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and engage with pupils
  • Safeguarding Commitment: A dedicated focus on child safety. An enhanced DBS check is a requirement for this position
