Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs? A friendly and inclusive primary school in Redhill is looking for a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide tailored support to children with Autism, ADHD, or behavioural challenges. This role is perfect for someone with experience in special educational needs (SEN) who wants to make a lasting impact on a child's learning journey.

Job Responsibility:

Work one-on-one with a child, helping them stay focused and achieve their learning goals
Assist the teacher in delivering a structured and engaging classroom experience
Identify and manage behavioural triggers, using effective strategies to provide support
Encourage the child's confidence, independence, and social development

Requirements:

Previous experience working with children who have additional needs, including Autism and ADHD
A solid understanding of behaviour management techniques
A valid DBS (or willingness to apply - we can assist)
Eligibility to work in the UK
