You will support the Class Teacher in delivering high-quality lessons and ensuring no child is left behind.Diverse Impact: Work across the whole class, leading small groups in phonics, reading, or maths to boost confidence and attainment.The Ultimate Teacher Training: This is the perfect springboard for aspiring Primary Teachers (PGCE/School Direct) or those looking to gain formal classroom experience.Work-Life Balance: Enjoy typical school hours (approx. 8:30 am - 3:30 pm) with no take-home work or weekend commitments.Weekly Pay: Competitive daily rates of £88.92 - £100, paid every Friday via Randstad.Your Role as an Educational PartnerAs a Primary Teaching Assistant, you are the backbone of the classroom, ensuring lessons run smoothly and pupils remain engaged.Small Group Interventions: Lead breakout sessions to support pupils who need an extra boost in core subjects like English and Maths.Creative Classroom Management: Assist the teacher in preparing resources, creating displays, and managing classroom behavior to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.Holistic Pupil Support: Assist with the social and emotional development of students, helping them build resilience and teamwork skills.Collaborative Success: Work closely with the Class Teacher to track pupil progress and ensure a safe, inclusive, and high-energy learning environment.

Job Responsibility
