Job Role As a Supply TA, you will be a vital part of the classroom team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support to ensure no child is left behind
  • Assisting the class teacher with lesson setup and behaviour management
  • Encouraging children to engage with the curriculum through creative and patient support
  • Adapting to various school settings and policies across the Leeds area

Requirements:

  • Essential: You must have previous UK experience working in a school or educational setting
  • A proactive, 'can-do' attitude and a genuine love for working with children
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
  • An enhanced DBS on the update service (or the willingness to apply for one)
