The Randstad Education team is seeking a Primary Teacher to fill a long term position for a friendly and welcoming Primary School located in Hemel Hempstead. This role starts from September 2026 on a full-time basis. Job Responsibility
Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the diverse needs of students
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes a love for learning
Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback, and implementing targeted interventions as needed
Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall development and improvement of the school's curriculum
Establishing effective communication with parents and guardians to support students' academic and social development
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Relevant teaching experience, with a focus on Year 4
Right to work in the UK
2 relevant professional /proven references
Strong knowledge of the UK curriculum and assessment procedures
An Enhanced DBS on the update service
Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment
Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for fostering a love of learning
