We are currently expanding our pool of dedicated Supply Teachers to support within a leading Multi-Academy Trust within South Bristol. With consistent demand and a variety of roles available, this is the perfect opportunity for teachers seeking flexibility, work-life balance, or an opportunity for longer-term positions. Whether you’re newly qualified, returning to teaching, or simply looking for adaptable working patterns, we’d love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Teaching pre-planned lessons across your preferred key stages
  • Maintaining a positive and well-managed classroom environment
  • Adapting confidently to different schools and year groups
  • Encouraging pupils’ learning and promoting a safe, inclusive atmosphere
  • Building strong working relationships with staff and students

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Strong behaviour management and communication skills
  • A proactive, professional approach to teaching
  • Flexibility and the ability to adapt to new environments
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
