Job Responsibility
Deliver high-impact phonics
Lead daily phonics sessions
Plan and execute engaging, play-infused lessons in Numeracy and Literacy
Create a classroom culture where 5-to-7-year-olds feel safe to take risks

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Phonics experience
Strong understanding of systematic synthetic phonics (SSP) delivery
Energy and patience to manage a vibrant KS1 classroom
Valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
