Job Description:

Primary Teacher (KS1 or KS2) to join a warm, inclusive school community in Rainham. Our classrooms are places of laughter, learning, and limit-breaking, and we need an educator who can maintain that energy. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or an ambitious Early Career Teacher (ECT), you'll find a supportive environment where your creativity is celebrated, not just scheduled.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and high-achieving classroom environment
  • Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum
  • Foster strong relationships with parents and carers to support every child's journey
  • Use innovative assessment techniques to track and celebrate student progress
  • Contribute to a whole-school culture of kindness, resilience, and curiosity

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (Required)
  • A deep understanding of the National Curriculum and child development
  • The ability to remain calm, patient, and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and a "team player" mentality
  • An enhanced DBS check (we can assist with this if needed)
