Job Description:

Randstad Education is seeking dynamic and adaptable Supply Teachers to work in various primary schools in and around Sheffield. This role offers exceptional flexibility, allowing you to pick and choose the days you work, whether you prefer ad hoc day-to-day assignments or long-term full-time roles.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality lessons across various primary schools, adapting to different classroom environments and student needs
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere, ensuring effective behaviour management and student engagement
Prepare and deliver engaging lessons, with the flexibility to tailor your teaching approach to each unique school setting
Assess students' progress and provide constructive feedback, supporting their ongoing educational development
Work collaboratively with school staff and other supply teachers to ensure a seamless learning experience for students

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in primary education
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Ability to quickly adapt to new environments
Reliable, flexible, and enthusiastic about working in a variety of school settings
Comfortable using our interactive app to manage your schedule and assignments
