Job Description:

Randstad Education is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher for a wonderful school in the heart of Peterborough. Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons across the primary curriculum, ensuring that all learning objectives are met
  • Tailor teaching methods to support the diverse needs of your students
  • Assess, monitor, and track student progress, providing feedback to help them achieve their full potential
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel safe, valued, and motivated
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and contribute to the school's positive culture
  • Communicate with parents and carers about student progress and well-being

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • A strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum, including Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2)
  • Excellent classroom management and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different learners
  • A commitment to fostering students' personal, academic, and social development
  • A passion for helping children achieve their best and making a positive difference in their lives
