Permanent Primary Teacher Position Starting September 2024 in Crawley, West Sussex. Are you a dedicated and passionate primary teacher looking for a permanent role starting in September 2024? Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons that inspire and motivate students
  • Monitor and assess student's progress, providing constructive feedback and support
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to achieve their best
  • Work closely with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and policies
  • Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress and development
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational best practices and enhance your teaching skills

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching at the primary level
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage a classroom effectively and create a supportive learning environment
  • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community
  • A clear understanding of safeguarding practices and a commitment to promoting the welfare of children
  • An enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to obtain one
