Job Description:

Randstad Education is in search of a dedicated and inspiring Primary Teacher who is willing to work full-time within our Primary environments. This position offers the opportunity to significantly influence a child's educational experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design, implement, and evaluate captivating lessons that align with the established curriculum
  • Establish a motivating and secure educational atmosphere
  • Modify instructional strategies to accommodate the varied needs of learners
  • Track student development and offer constructive evaluations
  • Cultivate robust connections with students, parents, and fellow educators
  • Play an active role in promoting a positive school culture and a cooperative team environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Enhanced Child DBS on the update service
  • Eligibility to work full time in the UK
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional references with relevant experience and clean records
