Job Description:

Randstad is seeking dedicated educators for exciting opportunities within UK schools. We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced Primary Teachers, specifically those with experience in the Early Years Foundation Stage (0-6 years).

Job Responsibility:

  • Fostering the growth and development of young children through engaging and effective teaching strategies
  • Creating a nurturing classroom environment
  • Managing student behavior effectively

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification recognised in the UK
  • Recent experience teaching in a UK school setting (minimum 1 year)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-6 years
  • Proven behaviour management strategies
  • Enhanced DBS check on the updated service
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Flexibility to work full-time, long-term contracts, or day-to-day assignments
  • Excellent behaviour management
  • Nurturing and caring approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
  • Adaptability and flexibility
