Job Responsibility
Create high-quality, engaging lessons across the full Primary National Curriculum
Create a classroom 'family' where every child feels safe, respected, and ready to learn
Use formative and supportive assessments to track progress and ensure no child is left behind
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and your team of Teaching Assistants to support every pupil's journey
Requirements
You hold QTS (we love supporting Early Career Teachers/ECTs!)
You have a genuine love for primary education and a knack for making even the trickiest subjects accessible
You have excellent classroom management skills and can keep 30 different personalities focused and motivated
You are 100% committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of every child
