Primary Teacher

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1, and KS2)
• Adapt teaching methods instantly to meet the diverse and immediate needs of students in various classrooms
• Maintain a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment conducive to learning
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to school staff
• Collaborate with school staff (TAs, SLT) to ensure smooth daily operations and handover
• Uphold school policies and procedures consistently across every placement
• Inspire a genuine love for learning in young students
• Cover for absent teachers, providing essential educational support without the burden of planning

• A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Bachelor of Education) or equivalent
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be working towards it
• A minimum of 1 year of experience teaching at the primary level
• A strong understanding of the Primary School Curriculum across different key stages
• Excellent classroom management skills and professional knowledge
• Adaptability, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for child development and education
• An enhanced DBS (on the update service is highly ideal)
• The right to work in the UK and uphold child safeguarding standards

Experience with various assessment tools and methods is advantageous
