Job Responsibility:
Subject Leadership: Take on the responsibility for leading a core or foundation subject (e.g., Phonics, Art, or Science), providing clear action plans and support for colleagues
Assessment and Reporting: Utilise the school's online tracking system to produce accurate termly reports on pupil progress, meeting all statutory deadlines
Mentoring: Offer support and guidance to early career support staff or trainee teachers placed within the Key Stage 1 phase
Creative Planning: Plan and deliver highly engaging, cross-curricular lessons that make excellent use of the school's outdoor facilities
Parental Engagement: Organise and host workshops or informative sessions for Key Stage 1 parents to explain curriculum expectations (e.g., Phonics screening)

Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory
