Job Description:

Randstad is seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a fantastic school in Kirkby. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children.

Job Responsibility:

  • Nurturing the growth and development of young children (ages 0-6)
  • Implementing effective behaviour management strategies within the classroom
  • Planning and delivering engaging and stimulating lessons aligned with the UK curriculum
  • Direct teaching of a class of 0-6 year olds
  • Creating a positive and supportive learning environment
  • Collaborating with colleagues and parents to ensure children's well-being and academic progress
  • Assessing children's learning and providing appropriate feedback

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) from the UK or Newly Qualified Teacher (NQT) status
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children aged 0-6 in a UK school setting
  • Proven experience implementing behaviour management strategies
  • Enhanced DBS check on the updated service
  • Full right to work in the UK
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for early childhood education
