  • Manage and deploy your classroom Teaching Assistants effectively, ensuring that pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND) and English as an Additional Language (EAL) receive targeted guidance
  • Foster a calm, stimulating, and respectful classroom culture rooted in mutual respect and positive reinforcement, where every child feels safe and motivated to learn
  • Maintain open, supportive, and professional communication with parents and carers regarding student development, academic breakthroughs, and well-being

  • The ability to establish clear routines, high behavioural expectations, and an inclusive, warm learning environment from day one
  • The professional reliability to commit to a full-time, Monday-to-Friday timetable starting in September 2026
  • An enhanced Child DBS on the Update Service (or a willingness to process a new one via Randstad)

What we offer

  • Competitive Pay: £141 - £163 per day
