Primary Teachers - Cambridge & Surrounding Areas Are you a Qualified Primary Teacher seeking to optimise your work-life balance? Whether you require the absolute flexibility of day-to-day supply or prefer the professional continuity of a long-term placement, we offer high-quality opportunities tailored to your career objectives and lifestyle. We are currently partnering with an established portfolio of primary schools, infant schools, and academies throughout Cambridge and the surrounding areas. We are seeking adaptable, dedicated educators to provide professional classroom cover and support these vibrant school communities. This framework is ideal for accomplished teachers looking to step away from the administrative pressures of full-time classroom leadership, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) aiming to develop their instructional expertise and build confidence across different year groups. Engagement Options: Day-to-Day Cover: Maintain complete autonomy over your professional calendar. Select your working days on a flexible basis to seamlessly accommodate personal commitments, further studies, or lifestyle preferences. This route offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different educational settings. Long-Term Opportunities: For educators seeking contractual continuity, we manage fixed-term assignments spanning a term or a full academic year (covering maternity leave, long-term absence, or interim vacancies). This allows you to integrate fully into a local school team, lead a classroom, and effectively guide your students' academic progress.
