Primary Teacher

• Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding
• Supporting pupils' academic, social, and emotional development
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-structured classroom environment
• Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and the SENCO to meet diverse learning needs
• Using assessment to inform teaching and celebrate pupil progress
• Contributing to wider school life, enrichment activities, and whole-school initiatives

• Passionate about primary education and committed to helping every child succeed
• Confident in behaviour management and skilled at building positive relationships
• Creative, reflective, and eager to bring fresh ideas to the classroom
• Resilient, organised, and adaptable to the needs of your pupils
• Experience supporting children with SEN is beneficial but not essential
• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in primary settings
• A growth mindset, a sense of humour, and a passion for continuous improvement
• Enhanced DBS (Affinity Workforce can assist with this)
