Job Description

Are you a qualified Primary Teacher looking for flexibility, an improved work-life balance, or a fresh challenge in West Sussex or Surrey? Randstad is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable Primary School Teachers to support a network of fantastic primary schools across Crawley and the surrounding areas.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver pre-planned lessons
  • mark the books
  • no data tracking, no parents' evenings (for day-to-day supply)
  • full class role including planning, preparation, and assessment (PPA) duties (for long-term)

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
  • ECTs welcome to apply
  • genuine passion for primary education and ability to adapt to different school environments
  • strong classroom management skills with a warm, positive, and inclusive approach
  • reliable, punctual, and comfortable commuting around the Crawley / Gatwick / Mid-Sussex area
  • enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
