Job Description:

Primary Teacher | KS1 or KS2 Specialist | Local Primary Schools Position: Full-Time, Temporary (Fixed-Term) Salary: £140 - £233 per day (Paid to Scale) Start Date: Immediate / Next Term Are you a creative educator looking for a school that values your time as much as your talent? Join a collaborative local primary team where shared planning and a supportive culture are the standard, not the exception. A Teaching Career Designed for Impact and Balance We are seeking an enthusiastic Primary Teacher (Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2) to join a vibrant school community. Whether you are an ECT looking for a nurturing start to your career or an experienced practitioner seeking a "no-silo" environment, this role offers the perfect platform to inspire young learners without the administrative burnout. Scale-Matched Pay: We strictly adhere to MPS/UPS scales (£140 - £233 per day), ensuring your expertise is rewarded with reliable weekly payments via Randstad. Workload-Conscious Culture: Join a faculty that prioritises collaborative planning and shared resources, allowing you to focus on high-quality delivery rather than endless paperwork. Professional Growth: Access our 2026 CPD suite, featuring the latest in Primary Pedagogy, Inclusive Practice, and Leadership Development. Immediate Integration: Step into a welcoming classroom family and make a measurable difference from Day 1 with the full support of a dedicated Teaching Assistant. Your Role as a Classroom Lead As a Primary Teacher, you are the heart of the classroom, responsible for fostering a love of learning in every child. Engaging Curriculum Delivery: Plan and execute high-quality lessons across the National Curriculum, turning standard objectives into "unforgettable" learning experiences. Holistic Nurturing: Create a safe, inclusive classroom "family" where 30 unique personalities feel respected, motivated, and ready to take risks. Progress Monitoring: Use formative and supportive assessments to track student growth, ensuring interventions are timely and effective. Community Partnership: Build strong, transparent relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to support the holistic journey of every pupil. Essential Requirements To be considered for this Primary Teaching position, you must meet the following: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory (Early Career Teachers / ECTs are highly encouraged to apply). Adaptable Expertise: A solid understanding of either the KS1 or KS2 framework and a knack for making complex subjects accessible. Classroom Management: Excellent skills in maintaining a focused, positive, and high-energy learning environment. Compliance: A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) and a 100% commitment to Safeguarding. Apply Today Ready to be the highlight of a child's school day in a school that truly supports you? How to Apply: Click "Apply Now" to submit your CV for an immediate review by our primary team.
