Job Description:

Are you a QTS-qualified Primary Teacher who loves being in the classroom but could do without the late nights spent lesson planning? We are looking for adaptable, energetic teachers to support primary schools across Crawley and the surrounding areas. This is the ultimate work-life balance teaching role. All planning, resources, and schemes of work are fully provided by the schools. You simply arrive, deliver high-quality lessons, and leave at 3:30 PM.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons using the provided plans
  • Marking work completed during the day (no take-home marking)
  • Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment
  • Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
  • Proven experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • A can-do attitude and a passion for student engagement
  • Reliability and punctuality
