We are seeking an enthusiastic, committed, and highly skilled Primary Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team in August 2026. The ideal candidate will inspire a love of learning, foster a positive classroom culture, and deliver high-quality teaching aligned with the English National Curriculum.
Job Responsibility:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that align with the English National Curriculum and the school’s academic standards
Create a supportive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages student participation and curiosity
Assess, monitor, and report on students’ progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents
Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and ensure all students are supported and challenged
Establish clear expectations for behaviour and maintain a positive, respectful classroom culture
Integrate technology and innovative teaching practices to enhance learning
Collaborate with colleagues across year groups and departments to support continuity and coherence in the curriculum
Participate actively in school life, including assemblies, events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities as required
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
Uphold and model Inspired Education Group values, safeguarding policies, and health & safety standards
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
a recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
Proven experience teaching in a Primary School setting, preferably following the English National Curriculum
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster an inclusive, positive learning environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues
A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to high academic standards and student well-being
Ability to differentiate instruction and support diverse learners
Flexibility, resilience, and a proactive, collaborative work ethic
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and contributing to school initiatives
