Support & Inclusion: Work alongside the SENCO to provide targeted support for students with additional needs, ensuring an inclusive environment for all. Developmental Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and use this data to inform future planning and parent-teacher consultations. Extracurricular Contribution: Engage with the wider school life, participating in staff development days and school events.
