Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Applications from both ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome

Behaviour Management: A positive, firm, and fair approach to maintaining a productive classroom atmosphere
Collaborative Mindset: The ability to work effectively as part of a large, dedicated teaching team
