Primary Teacher | QTS | No Planning & Prep Location: Crawley and surrounding areas Salary: £130 - £160 per day Hours: 08:30 - 15:30 Contract: Temporary / Day-to-Day The Role: Teach More, Plan Less Are you a QTS-qualified Primary Teacher who loves being in the classroom but could do without the late nights spent lesson planning? We are looking for adaptable, energetic teachers to support primary schools across Crawley and the surrounding areas. This is the ultimate "work-life balance" teaching role. All planning, resources, and schemes of work are fully provided by the schools. You simply arrive, deliver high-quality lessons, and leave at 3:30 PM. What's in it for you? Proven experience teaching within a UK Primary School setting. Strong classroom management skills. A "can-do" attitude and a passion for student engagement. Reliability and punctuality. Key Responsibilities Delivering engaging, high-quality lessons using the provided plans. Marking work completed during the day (no take-home marking). Ensuring a safe, inclusive, and productive classroom environment. Following school safeguarding and behaviour policies consistently.
