Job Description:

Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers for Ystrad Mynach and its surrounding areas. This will be to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply. Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Primary Teacher experience at a flexible schedule you control.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply
  • Expand Primary Teacher experience at a flexible schedule you control

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • PGCE or a BA in Education
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience of teaching within the UK
  • Be able to set high standards
  • UK Drivers License
  • Be able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
  • Plan innovative and creative lessons
  • Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
  • Maintain necessary assessment of pupils
  • Be able to inspire and motivate pupils
  • Be adaptable and reliable
  • Be a flexible and confident individual

  • Minimum pay rate of at least M1 (Currently £172.98 per day)
