Job Responsibility
Design and execute high-quality, creative lesson plans that meet the needs of all learning styles
Establish a structured, positive classroom environment built on mutual respect and high expectations
Accurately monitor pupil data to identify, target, and close learning gaps effectively
Work hand-in-hand with the SENDCo and support staff to deliver specialised learning paths
Create visually stimulating and interactive educational displays to celebrate pupil achievement
Engage warmly and productively with parents to build a strong home-school partnership
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong track record of primary teaching experience
Solid understanding of inner-city school demographics and strategies for driving positive pupil behaviour
A current, clear Enhanced Child Workforce DBS certificate on the Update Service
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage marking and planning cycles efficiently
