Job Responsibility

Analytical Assessment Frameworks: Track student trajectories using precise diagnostics, utilising formative performance metrics to construct agile, bespoke catch-up strategies or higher-tier extension assignments
Leadership of Classroom Support Personnel: Oversee the tactical integration of classroom assistants to maximise targeted interventions, guaranteeing that pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND) or high-potential profiles receive superb instructional guidance
Upholding an Orderly Learning Ethos: Cultivate a classroom atmosphere characterised by exceptional manners, a robust work ethic, and a deep respect for learning, rooted in the school's positive behaviour architecture

Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Mandatory. A verified portfolio of impactful teaching within a UK primary school setting. Applications from both proven educational leaders and highly driven Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcomed
