  • Leadership of Classroom Support Personnel: Oversee the tactical integration of classroom assistants to maximise targeted interventions, guaranteeing that pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEND) or high-potential profiles receive superb instructional guidance
  • Upholding an Orderly Learning Ethos: Cultivate a classroom atmosphere characterised by exceptional manners, a robust work ethic, and a deep respect for learning, rooted in the school's positive behaviour architecture
