Job Description:

Primary School Teacher (QTS) - Crawley & Surrounding Areas. Location: Crawley and West Sussex. Contract: Long-term. Hours: 08:30 - 15:30. Pay: Paid to Scale (MPS/UPS). Are you an ambitious Primary Teacher looking for a stable, long-term position in Crawley? We are seeking a dedicated professional with QTS who is ready to take full ownership of a class and make a lasting impact on student outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver the Primary Curriculum to a high standard
  • Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, ensuring every child reaches their potential
  • Create a vibrant, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Proven Experience: A track record of successful teaching within a UK Primary setting
  • Commitment: Willingness to undertake the full remit of a classroom teacher, including planning, marking, and parents' evenings
  • Local to Crawley: Ability to commute across Crawley and the surrounding areas
