Job Description:

Randstad Education is partnering with a fantastic schools in Lingfield to find a dedicated Primary Teacher ready to make a positive impact. In this full-time role, you will nurture the academic, social, and emotional development of students, creating an engaging and inclusive learning experience for children aged 4-11. This is a long term role with full time hours.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons in line with the curriculum
  • Create an inspiring and safe learning environment
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learner needs
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Contribute to a positive school culture and collaborative team environment

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a primary setting
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Passion for education and a commitment to student growth
  • A positive and flexible approach to working with young learners
  • An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
