We are seeking a high-calibre Qualified Primary Teacher (QTS mandatory) to join our partner Primary School in Welwyn Garden City for a full-time, long-term placement starting in September 2026.

Job Responsibility

  • Inspirational Lesson Delivery: Plan prepare and teach creative engaging lessons that align with the National Curriculum
  • Progress Tracking & Assessment: Utilise robust formative and summative assessment frameworks to track student milestones
  • Inclusive Classroom Leadership: Manage and deploy classroom Teaching Assistants effectively ensuring pupils with SEND and EAL receive targeted guidance
  • Positive Environment: Foster a calm stimulating and inclusive classroom culture
  • Parental Partnership: Maintain open supportive and professional communication with parents and carers
  • Collaborative School Contribution: Participate actively in phase planning staff meetings professional development sessions and whole-school community events
