Key Responsibilities: Engaging Delivery: Plan and deliver inspiring lessons in line with the National Curriculum, or step in to deliver provided plans with enthusiasm. Classroom Management: Maintain high standards of control and discipline, building quick rapport with pupils while following school behaviour policies. Holistic Development: Foster a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment, paying close attention to the mental and social development of young learners. Professionalism: Complete all marking, provide detailed handover notes, and engage professionally with parents and staff. Requirements & experience: Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion (ECTs/NQTs are highly encouraged to apply). Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience working with children in the UK (voluntary and placement experience included). Compliance: An Enhanced DBS check on the update service (or willingness to apply for one) is mandatory.
