Your Responsibilities Quality Delivery: Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that cater to all learning styles within the classroom. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment using effective behavior management strategies. Assessment for Learning: Provide "in-the-moment" feedback to students and accurately assess progress to inform future planning. Collaboration: Work alongside Teaching Assistants and support staff to ensure every child-including those with SEN-is supported. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential. Experience: Proven track record teaching the UK National Curriculum in KS1 or KS2. Flexibility: An adaptable "can-do" attitude, especially for daily supply roles where you may step into new environments.
