Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification (ECTs welcome to apply)
  • A genuine passion for primary education and the ability to adapt to different school environments
  • Strong classroom management skills with a warm, positive, and inclusive approach
  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable commuting around the Crawley / Gatwick / Mid-Sussex area
  • An enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
