Job Description:

We are looking to recruit a highly inspirational and passionate primary teacher to join our highly inclusive and collaborative team, that strives to change the lives of children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH) in all that we do.

Job Responsibility:

Teaching a small mixed age class of pupils with a variety of special educational needs and barriers to learning
Incorporate nurture and trauma-informed approaches into daily school life

Requirements:

Track record of high-quality teaching
Ability to adapt and support pupils to overcome barriers
Understanding of nurture and trauma-informed approaches to support SEMH development
Exemplify core values: child centred, authentic in all relationships, adaptive and sensitive to need
