Primary Teacher

• Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons that spark curiosity and deepen understanding
• Supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured classroom environment
• Working closely with colleagues, support staff, and the SENCO to meet diverse learning needs
• Using assessment to inform teaching and celebrate pupil progress
• Contributing to wider school life, enrichment activities, and whole‑school initiatives

• QTS or relevant teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in primary settings
• A growth mindset, a sense of humour, and a passion for continuous improvement
• Enhanced DBS (Affinity Workforce can assist with this)

Experience supporting children with SEN is beneficial but not essential
