Primary Supply Teacher - Zero Planning, Maximum Impact! Location: Crawley, Horley, Redhill, and Reigate. Pay: £140 - £160 per day. Workload: No Planning, No Prep! Are you a passionate Educator looking for the perfect work-life balance? Do you love being in the classroom but want to leave the late-night lesson planning and Sunday evening prep behind? We are seeking adaptable and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join our network of schools across the Crawley, Horley, Redhill, and Reigate areas. This is the ideal role for someone who wants to focus 100% on teaching and student engagement without the administrative burden.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver high-quality, pre-planned lessons across the primary curriculum
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all pupils
Maintain school standards regarding behaviour and safeguarding
Leave brief handover notes to ensure continuity for the permanent teacher

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised qualification
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a passion for helping children reach their potential
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to conduct one)
