Job Description

Education Supply Pool is a PAYE Employer recruiting Primary Teachers on the behalf of schools for Newport and its surrounding areas. This will be to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions on supply. Joining supply is also a great opportunity to get experience within different school settings to expand your Primary Teacher experience at a flexible schedule you control.

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • PGCE or a BA in Education
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Experience of teaching within the UK
  • Able to set high standards
  • Able to deal with challenging behaviour and maintain discipline
  • Plan innovative and creative lessons
  • Liaise with other staff members to deliver curriculum
  • Maintain necessary assessment of pupils
  • Able to inspire and motivate pupils
  • Adaptable and reliable
  • Flexible and confident individual
