Job Responsibility

  • Instructional Team Leadership: Strategically manage and deploy classroom Teaching Assistants to optimise student outcomes, ensuring that pupils requiring Special Educational Needs (SEN) support or English as an Additional Language (EAL) guidance receive highly effective provisions
  • Optimal Learning Environment: Establish and maintain an orderly, warm, and highly focused classroom culture rooted in positive reinforcement, high behavioural expectations, and emotional safety
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain professional, transparent, and proactive communication with parents, carers, and senior leadership regarding academic benchmarks and pupil well-being

Requirements
